FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is your payment schedule for reservations?
 

  • A 50% payment is due at the time of booking to secure reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payments and deposits are accepted in the form of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) with a 2.9% convenience fee. To pay by e-check or cashier check/money order, please contact property manager.


AntiguaBella's cancellation policy?
 

  • Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the initial reservation deposit. NO refunds will be provided for cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date. Early departure does not warrant a refund.


AntiguaBella's check-in/check-out policy?
 

  • On your scheduled day of arrival, you may check-in anytime after 4:00 pm ECT. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 10:00 am ECT. Early check-ins and late check-outs can't be confirmed until the day before arrival or departure. The fee is an extra $25 USD per hour, up to 4 hours. ALL EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL.


What is provided in regards to linens, bath towels, and toiletries?
 

  • Each bed will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each bathroom is outfitted with at least 1 large bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per person. Beach towels for the beach and/or pool are provided. Each bathroom will have an initial supply of hand soap and toilet tissue. The kitchen will have an initial stock of paper towels, napkins, trash bags and dish liquid.

Is the swimming pool shared?

  • Please note AntiguaBella has a sister villa called AntiguaSoleil on the same property. IF it's booked the large swimming pool is shared. IF it's not booked, the pool is all yours.
